Kevin L. Bremer (Partner)


Kevin L. Bremer was born in Teaneck, New Jersey on July 27, 1971 and admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1996, and the New York bar in 1998. He was formerly associated with the Law Firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP. He is certified by the New Jersey supreme court as a criminal trial attorney and a member of the Bergen County Bar Association. Mr. Bremer has also appeared as an on-air legal analyst for channel 7 eyewitness news and was recently voted by his peers as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star.

Education: He earned his B.S., cum laude, from Seton Hall University in 1993 and his J.D. from Seton Hall School  of Law in 1996. He served as Law Clerk to the Hon. William C. Meehan, Presiding Judge, Superior Criminal Court from 1996 to1997. Mr. Bremer served as Assistant Prosecutor in Bergen County from 1997 to 2002.

Lorraine R. Breitman was born in New York on April 2, 1960. She was admitted to the Bar 1986, New Jersey and 1987, New York.

Education: Ms. Breitman received her B.A. in Sociology and Psychology from George Washington University in 1982 and her law degree from New York Law School in 1986. She is a former associate with Rose & DeFuccio, Esqs. in Hackensack, New Jersey, and the law firm of Robert D. Arenstein in New York and Teaneck, New Jersey.

Appointments: Ms. Breitman was appointed as the co-chair of the Bergen County Bar Association Family Law Committee; Appointed as the chair of the Bergen County Early Settlement Panel Program, Family Part; Appointed as a Master with the New Jersey Family Law Inns of Court; Appointed as a member of the Domestic Violence Working Group of Bergen County and she serves as a pro bono attorney for the Domestic Violence Legal Advocacy Project of Bergen County.

   Craig L. Levinsohn (Associate)


Craig L. Levinsohn was born in Englewood, New Jersey on March 25, 1958 and admitted to the bar in 1989, New Jersey and 1991, New York.

   Luther G. Jones, IV (Associate)


Luther G. Jones, IV was born in Washington, D.C. on June 28, 1969 and admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey in 2005.


Education: Luther received his undergraduate degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1993. After graduation, Luther served over four years as Congressional staff in Washington, D.C. Luther received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2004. He was the Class of 2004 recipient of the “Excellence Award.” Luther served two judicial clerkships for the Honorable Harold C. Hollenbeck, J.S.C., and the Honorable Edward V. Torack, J.S.C., respectively.
