FRED H. BICKNESE specializes in complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, and creditors’ rights law.  Mr. Bicknese is also experienced in insurance coverage law, securities law, intellecutual property, and large electronic discovery matters.  He has successfully handled scores of litigation matters, from large class actions to commerical disputes between small businesses.  He practices in all state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Bicknese practiced at large law firms including Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, and Sills, Cummis & Gross.  After law school, he served as a law clerk to a federal district judge, The Honorable Michael M. Baylson, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
