Mr. Bremer, a partner in the firm, practices in the area of family law, specializing in high conflict matters relating to divorce, custody, equitable distribution, and complex financial issues. Additionally, Mr. Bremer specializes in DYFS-related litigation and DYFS defense matters, as well as domestic violence proceedings. An established trial attorney and litigator, Mr. Bremer is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Criminal Trial Attorney and is a former Assistant Prosecutor with the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
Mr. Bremer has also appeared as an on air legal analyst for Channel 7 Eyewitness News, New York, and has been voted by his peers as a New Jersey Super Lawyer’s Rising Star for the past four consecutive years.
Mr. Bremer has lectured in the areas of family law and DYFS litigation and currently sits on the Bergen County Early Settlement Panel, where he assists in resolving countless divorce-related matters. He served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable William C. Meehan, Presiding Judge, Superior Court (1996-1997)
