Criminal and Municipal Court

Our firm’s Criminal Defense Practice focuses on representing clients accused of all indictable and disorderly persons offenses, including those related to juvenile crimes, domestic violence, DWI and other traffic offenses. Kevin L. Bremer, as a former Assistant Prosecutor in the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, has over 15 years of experience in criminal law with a broad understanding of both sides of the criminal justice system. He is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Criminal Trial Attorney and has been selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star for his criminal defense work by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. The firm’s attorneys appear on a regular basis in all state and municipal courts throughout New Jersey. Gerald R. Salerno has over 25 years of substantial experience in handling serious criminal matters including aggravated manslaughter, distribution of CDS and he serves as the co chair of the Bergen County Bar Association Municipal Court Practice Committee. He successfully represented a defendant before the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division in a landmark case challenging the police department’s use of the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test in connection with DWI prosecutions.
